Step 1 – Sow outdoors March to July, thinly, 1.5cm deep in containers or in rows 20cm apart. Keep 2- Thin out as they grow by harvesting alternate carrots, leaving others space to grow on. Step 3 – Make a repeat sowing after 3-4 weeks for a longer harvest 4 – Enjoy harvesting June to October and eating the tasty roots as a fresh snack or cooked.
