Description
Excellent, fast growing, prostrate, evergreen ground cover plant ideal for sunny or partially shady areas. Glossy, near-black, scalloped, dense foliage. The colour is best in full sun, but it is tolerant of semi-shade. In late spring into early summer very attractive spikes of blue flowers are held well clear of the foliage. The pollen and nectar rich flowers are attractive to bumble and carder bees and green-viened butterfies. Great edging plant or for planting under shrubs or deciduous small trees. Height 5cm (2 ins), Plant 30cm (1ft) apart.
