Description
More commonly known as the Common Fig, the Ficus Brown Turkey is grown outdoors as a deciduous shrub with a bushy habit. It will produce rich Fig fruit in the Autumn months of August and September, with watering required in the warmer months prior to that, ideally. You should water it frequently when it is settling into its new surroundings, before minimising this as you watch it progress and settle more. Placing the Common Fig in an area with full sun or partial shade will suit the Fig, making it easy to place amongst plant displays or any mass panting project.
