Description
The trunk of this specimen has taken on a life of its own, wiggling to the side creating an unsual silhouette.
Growing within the rocky slopes or shrubby woodland of Southeastern Mexico, Dasylirion serratifolium forms a perfect dense rosette of long sharp leaves. Leaf margins are serrated, while the tips grow with fine white fibres. As the plant matures spent leaves produce a thick woody trunk.
