Ficus elastica ‘Abidjan’

Description

This fabulous Ficus elastica ‘Abidjan’ tree has shiny, dark purple/green oval leaves. Ficus are popular because they are easy to take care of if the temperature and watering are kept consistent.

WATERING

In S/S water when 20% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%.

LIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Bright, indirect.

REPOTTING

Repot every two years into fresh houseplant compost.

FEED

Use a balanced houseplant fertiliser once a month from May – September.
