Description
Originating from tropical Southeast Asia, Areca triandra forms clumps of lush fronds in the forest understorey. Multiple fronds grow from a singular stem, gently arching over.
WATERING
In S/S water when 20% of the top soil has dried out. In A/W allow top soil to dry out 50%.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Bright, indirect.
FEED
Use a houseplant fertiliser once every 2 months from April – October.
REPOTTING
Repot when plant is crowding pot, roughly every 2-3 years. Use a well-draining houseplant compost with an added drainage medium like perlite.
