Description
Sweet Coneflower Asteraceae
Large golden yellow flowers with undulating narrow petals and a chocolate brown cone. Selected by Anthony Brooks, head gardener of Elton Hall. Named for his dogs. Native to central USA and best grown in full sun. Forms tall graceful clumps. Drought tolerant but prefers some moisture. Ht 1.5m.
