This persica peach tree is the ideal way to grow your own garden fruit. These fruit trees produce a reliable crop of peaches, ripe and ready to eat from mid-late summer. The fruits are around 7cm and are perfect for desserts or simply plucking and eating straight from the fruit tree.

In spring, showy flowers in various shades of white to deep pink appear, lasting a couple of weeks before the leaves unfold. These blooms arrive just as the garden is bursting back to life in early spring and add colour interest to your garden.

Peach trees are ideal fruit plants for container gardening. Plant them in a large pot for a striking display of patio fruit trees that can be moved around as required.

These garden trees tolerate partial shade but flourish best in full sun. Choose a sheltered spot out of string winds and ensure the soil is kept moist but well-drained.
