Description
A handsome, tall darkly coloured plant with tiny mahogany-purple flowers forming a gently dome head of flowers on thick, upright dark red stems above a mound of soft green leaves. This is a biennial which means it flowers in its second year, then dies. It will seed about however, if it likes the situation.
