Our Aquallusion Floral Resin is a modern and safe product to simulate the effect of water for uses such as artificial silk flower arrangements. UV stabilisers are incorporated for maximum clarity life and it comes in a one litre kit containing 500ml Resin and 500ml to use and mix, instructions included.

Our Aquallusion resin is solvent free, therefore shouldn’t have any adverse reaction with acrylic, however we would always advise a small test beforehand. You can mix small quantities as long as you mix the same quantities of each bottle and replace the lid tight after doing so

Our Aquallusion resin can be also be used in RTV silicone moulds, please note the material cures quite flexible if they require a lot stiffer cured mix they can use a ratio of 2 parts resin to one part hardener.

Please note may find the Floral Resin cloudy, this can happen to the resin component but is completely reversible.

You need to make sure they read the instruction sheets with the kits that state if the resin is cloudy or crystallized, then simply warming it to 40-50°C while agitating until the crystals have melted, it will bring it back to full clarity. It is important not to throw it away as it is not a fault, just a phenomenon that affects that type of resin.

Sitting the resin container in a bowl of hot water or placing on a radiator often does the trick quite quickly.
