Description
Sow seeds from mid-April to mid-May in deep modules or small pots.
Place one seed per pot about 2-3 cm deep.
Keep the compost moist seeds should germinate in 714 days.
Transplant outdoors from May to early June once all risk of frost has passed.
Space plants 40 cm apart in blocks rather than rows to aid pollination.
Harvest from August to September when cobs are fully filled and the silks have turned brown.
