Description
Sow from March to June in pots or trays under-cover.
Surface sow seeds thinly on fine seed compost and cover lightly or with vermiculite.
Thin/transplant to 2in between plants when large enough to handle.
Transplant out when large enough to handle to 60cm (2ft) apart between plants.
Keep well-watered until established.
Leaves can be cut regularly throughout the summer and autumn.
Requires full sun and thrives in well drained dry conditions.
