Often, grass struggles to grow in areas with little direct sunlight. Your lawn may suffer from patchiness and yellowing, marring an otherwise pristine lawn. Our Shade Mix is the solution- a grass blend specifically designed to thrive in extremely shady conditions- areas in shadow for over half the day.

The Clover in this mix serves as a natural fertiliser, fixing nitrogen from the air to feed into other plants. This is especially useful in shaded areas as the lack of sunlight reduces available energy.

In the sowing instructions below you will find some tips and tricks for helping your lawn to thrive in shade.

Comprising:

45% SSMG (Kentucky Bluegrass)

30% Turf Perennial Ryegrass

20% Tall Fescue

5% White Clover
