Description
Dudleya is a small genus of rosette forming succulents, mostly found in south-west North America. Clumps of grey-white leaves form dense rosettes, which can turn a burgundy red at the tips. During spring and summer months, tall red flower stalks produce pale yellow flowers.
WATERING
In summer water thoroughly only when 100% of the soil has dried out. A/W allow soil to dry 100% – water sparingly. In spring gradually increase watering – depending on temperature and light exposure.
LIGHT REQUIREMENTS
Full sun.
FEED
Use a cactus fertiliser 2-3 times a year.
REPOTTING
Repotting once every 2-3 years to replenish soil. Use a cactus compost with a good mix of perlite.
