Ribes can be deciduous or evergreen shrubs, sometimes spiny, with simple, usually palmately lobed leaves and small tubular or bell-shaped, solitary or racemose flowers borne in spring or summer, followed by juicy, sometimes edible berries
‘King Edward VII’ is an upright deciduous shrub to 2m tall, with lobed, aromatic leaves and deep red flowers in drooping racemes in spring, followed by white-bloomed, black berries
These are not fully grown plants, these are classed as mature young plants grown in a 9cm pot.
