Congama White Cabbage is a Rijk Zwaan variety for the mid / late season. It takes 100 – 125 days to maturity. This cabbage grows to 2.5 – 4kg. It is a vigorous plant that continues to grow well in dry and extreme conditions. It can be grown for the smaller fresh market or as large heads used to make coleslaw.
