Description

Andromeda polifolia Blue Lagoon is a slow growing, low spreading, evergreen shrub that bears gorgeous, bell-shaped flowers that are full of pale pink colour. Ideal for groundcover, the narrow, blue-green leaves are overtaken by the clusters of flowers that form with subtle colour in Spring. This evergreen variety will provide year-round interest, is easy to grow and a long living outdoor plant. It should be planted in moist, well drained, peat or sand soil and watered regularly. When positioning the plant, partial shade and full sunlight conditions are acceptable, with the latter being more beneficial for long term growth.
