Description
A hardy perennial shrub with compact growth of dense foliage and softly coloured blooms. The Geranium ‘Mavis Simpson’ is a variety of Cranesbill with clumps of downy, green-green leaves beneath slender stems which carry soft pink flowers with rounded petals thin, deeply coloured veins which are free flowering throughout most of the Summer and Autumn months, boasting a very long blooming period. Its compact nature makes it perfect for underplanting, groundcover or pot planting.
Plant in moderately moist, fertile, well-drained soils and keep in full or partial sun. This plant can tolerate shaded areas, but they may affect flower density and colour. Drought resistant once established. Avoid excessive watering and wet areas.
