Description
Chiang Rai, a moderately spicy hybrid chili pepper, also recognized as Big Thai chili, undergoes rapid maturation from green to dark red and efficiently dries on the plant. The fruits measure 10 to 12cm in length, while the plant attains a height of approximately 75cm. From transplanting to full maturity, Chiang Rai takes around 69 days. Classified as a Capsicum annuum variety, it falls into the category of hot chilies.
