Description
Courgette Jigonal (As grown by professionals for the retail market) is a high-yield variety of bush-like courgette with regular dark green fruits. The plant does not branch, has bush-like habitus and an abundant stock of fruits that must be regularly harvested. Jigonal should be harvested as baby courgettes at about 10cm (4) long for the best flavour. This heavy yielding courgette has tender skins making it ideal for cooking whole.
