Lonicera periclymenum Serotina, commonly known as Late Dutch Honeysuckle, is a stunning and highly ornamental deciduous climber with dark green oval leaves and attractive, uniquely shaped flowers. The blossoms are highly aromatic, measuring to 4cm in length, with a bright, deep red outside and yellow insides.
Sweetly scented and pretty to look at, the blooms will appear in terminal clusters continuously between July and October, gradually maturing to a brighter golden yellow.
This stunning Honeysuckle cultivar will be ideal for gracefully scrambling over walls, wrapped around arbours, trellises, pergolas, especially successful near pathways for a waft of the perfumed blossoms as you pass by.
