Description
Berberis thun. ‘Summer Sunset’ is a compact deciduous plant with a columnar habit. This variety features decorative orange variegation on the leaves which are accompanied by flowers in Spring. The Berberis thun. ‘Summer Sunset’ is very hardy and can thrive in most soil types and can withstand temperatures as low as -25 degrees. This particular plant will be best planted in a full sun or partially shaded location.
