Description
Acer Campestre, also known as field maple, is a lovely addition to any garden. It has distinctive 5 lobed, green leaves that turn yellow/red in Autumn. The plant blooms small green flowers in Spring, that produce tiny maple fruits in Autumn. This is a great tree, attractive as a specimen or as a native mix and is often used as a hedging plant.
This tree is best grown in full sun or partial shade. It is suitable for any soil, as long as it its moist but well drained. It is fully hardy and easy to grow.
