Description
Clump forming semi-evergreen perennial with bold spikes of yellow flowers. Originally from the Eastern Mediterranean, it belongs to the Asphodelaceae family of plants. Commonly known as Yellow Candle, look out for gum ball sized green seed pods, it is drought tolerant and can give blue-tinted grass-like foliage.
