Azalea Silver Sword is an eye-catching evergreen shrub with olive green, variegated leaves with narrow, cream margins, providing year-round interest. In spring, clusters of bright red, funnel-shaped flowers with a hint of pink bloom in plentiful amounts, providing some vivid early colour.
Plant Azalea Silver Sword in moist, well-drained, acidic soil such as clay, loam or sand. It will grow best in a slightly shaded area of the garden. This plant is an excellent choice for bedding and borders, especially for filling in gaps.
