Description
The Begonia rex Zumba is an indoor plant with some of the most eye-catching leaves of any Rex Begonia plant. The foliage is patterned in a scale-like fashion, bringing together a light and dark green colouring to create a distinct and bold plant appearance. The amount of leaves the plant has forms in a clustered fashion, making all the colour and character the plant has pop from a number of different angles. The King Begonia, as its more commonly known, will prefer to be placed in partial shade – this can be done within any home, office, window sill, bathroom or other indoor space – whatever you would prefer. When watering the plant, once a week will do, especially when the soil is dry to touch. In its dormant period of Winter, reduce this to once every two weeks. Providing you keep up this care for the plant, it will look after you through the use of its air-purifying qualities, seeing the air cleaned and revitalised in no time.
