Sow seeds from late October to mid-November directly outdoors
Alternatively sow from January to March undercover for an early crop.
Sow seeds 5cm deep and 20cm apart in double rows spaced 25 cm apart.
Water as needed and germinate will occur in 1021 days.
Protect early sowings with fleece or cloches during cold weather.
Water regularly, especially during flowering and when pods set.
Harvest from May to mid-July when pods are full and beans are tender.
