Description
The Calathea Crocata is a vibrant, attractive and unique indoor houseplant. This variety has stunning metallic green foliage with brown undersides and purple hues. The stems that tower over the bush bloom over time and reveal yellow and orange flowers resembling a flame, hence the plants nickname ‘Eternal Flame’.
The flourishing flowers will last roughly 2-3 months during peak growth season and add a colourful and exotic feel to inside your home. They will also let you know when it’s time for bed, as the leaves of this plant will begin to curl up at night before unfurling at the start of a new day. This Indoor plant dislikes direct sunlight so it’s best to place in partially lit locations with some humidity.
