Description
Calathea Insignis, more commonly known as the Rattlesnake Plant is an evergreen plant that boasts a great mix of colour on its foliage. The green and red come together on each leaf to give the plant a nice visual balance, making it a lovely plant to house. With what the plant offers visually, there is no doubt that the Rattlesnake Plant will be a great centrepiece within a room. This location is just one of many which the Insignis are comfortable in. Bathrooms or conservatories are great due to the high humidity levels, but window sills or areas with partial shade are also a good option, providing the plant is not exposed to direct sunlight.
