This unique-looking houseplant is a member of the Calathea genus. Calathea Ornata is a gorgeous looking member of the genus and is a plant that can be taken care of with minimal hassle. Whether you chose to place this in your house, office or other indoor environment, it will lend itself to whichever you desire. The height and growth are limited to 2 feet height and 2 feet wide when grown indoors, but that doesn’t hinder the plants appearance. Placing the Ornata in partial shade whilst ensuring the soil is moist, never dry, is essential. Prune when brown leaves begin to show, doing so with pruning shears.
