Description
Tropical plants are visually pleasing at the best of times, but the Calathea Ornata is especially nice to look at due to the unique features it has. The foliage of dark green colouring and the pink hue on top of the leaves make the plant stand out, meaning that the visually pleasing aspects of the plant shine through. Growing this plant indoors in a partially shaded area is recommended, whilst watering should be done so the soil is moist and not dry at any point. Feeding can be done every couple of months between April and October and you should begin pruning when brown leaves start to show.
