Description
This bold and distinctly coloured member of the Calathea genus is the Calathea Surprise Star. More commonly known as the Rose Painted Calathea, this indoor plant has some lovely formed black and deep pink colouring throughout its leaves, giving it a real attractiveness that is unrivalled by other indoor plants. You should place the plant out of the view of direct sunlight as this will have an adverse effect on that gorgeous colour of the plants leaves. You will also receive the benefits of its air-purifying qualities, which remove harmful pollutants and unwanted toxins from the air. You should water the plant once every two weeks, misting it between those periods, whilst also ensuring the plant doesn’t sit in water for any length of time.
