Description
Slender, red-tinted stems carry soft green leaves at regular but well-spaced intervals from bottom to top. A cluster of flower buds is produced at each leaf axil opening into quite small bells that are not much bigger than our wild Harebell. As one long, lilac-blue fades, the next one opens.
