Cauliflower – Aaalsmeer
This is an early vigorous, frost hardy variety with excellent curds that are well protected. The creamy white heads have good depth and weight.
This variety can be sown from March through to May, and is an ideal variety to start in modules and then plant out with a spacing of 60cm x 60cm.
