Temperature Required: 15-18°c +

Days to Maturity: 80-90 Days

Light: Full Sun

Sow thinly 13mm deep under protection in February to April for earliest harvest in summer,

or May to August outdoors to harvest Oct-Dec.

You can sow under glass all year round for fresh salad leaves.

Keep weed free and well watered.

In late autumn cover the heads approaching time of harvest

to achieve the characteristic white/yellow coloring and superb flavor by forcing.
