Description
Cilandro or Chinese Parsley. All parts are edible and the fresh leaves and seeds are the most frequently used part. The lower leaves are broad and scalloped with a strong scent and the new upper leaves are finely cut with a pungent smell. It is widely used, especially in curries. Clusters of small white flowers appear in summer. Plant in a sunny position and keep moist otherwise it will run to seed.
