Description
Sow the seeds directly outdoors from mid-March-April or August-September May in a well-prepared seedbed.
Sow the seeds thinly on the soil surface and press in.
Keep the soil consistently moist until seedlings emerge.
Seeds will usually germinate within 7-21 days.
Once seedlings are large enough to handle, thin them to 20-30 cm apart to allow room for growth.
Water occasionally during prolonged dry spells until established, but avoid waterlogging.
Deadhead spent flowers to encourage continued blooming throughout the season.
