Dianthus ‘Vivid Bright Light’ certainly lives up to its name, producing masses of clear, vivid pink flowers that bring a cheerful lift to borders, pots and mixed containers. These garden pinks are repeat flowering, offering a long display of fragrant blooms from spring into autumn, which is very considerate behaviour from such a compact plant. Hardy to around -25°C, it is as dependable as it is pretty, which is not always the case with plants that look this joyful.
