Regarding the care of these plants, it is best practice to water while the top layer of soil is dry to about an inch deep, while watering, the soil should not be waterlogged but kept moist. Keep this plant away from direct sunlight as this can damage the leaves, as long as this plant has plenty of indirect light it will flourish.
