Dryopteris Crispa

Description

Dryopteris affinis ‘Crispa (Gracilis)’ is a semi-evergreen fern with a dense rosette of overlapping foliage. The fern, sometimes known as scaly male fern Crispa, produces long, green pinnae with mid-brown stems and crisp, curled edges. Over time and as the plant matures, the leaves will darken to a rich green.

Thrives best in dappled, part or full shade in a moist, well drained soil. Can tolerate partial or full sun if watered regularly.
