Description
Dryopteris erythrosora, or Buckler Fern, is a semi-evergreen, clump forming, hardy fern. The Buckler Fern produces compact foliage with ovate, pale green fronds that are a copper colour when young. The spore heaps on this plant often appear as a pink colour.
Thrives best in dappled, part or full shade in a moist, well drained, humus rich soil. Can tolerate partial or full sun if watered regularly.
