Very happy in dry conditions with us. Spectacular new growth in the spring with golden fronds and copper scales. Fully hardy. Himalayas

Formerly sold under the name Dryopteris wallichiana ‘Jurassic Gold’ but this has now been identified as D. lepidopoda by Christopher Fraser-Jenkins (an expert on the ferns of the Indian subcontinent)
