Growing Instructions
Sow under glass or directly outside between March and July.
Sow the seeds on moist compost and lightly cover.
Gradually acclimatise the seedlings before planting outside.
Space the rows 25-30cm apart.
Water regularly to prevent the plants from bolting.
Harvest as baby leaves or when they have developed a compact head.
