Fargesia Rufa, also known as Fountain Bamboo, is an evergreen bamboo plant with textured foliage that droops in a fountain-like manner as it matures. The slim, light yellow stems will arch outwards, allowing the green leaves to create the striking effect.
Your Fargesia Rufa will thrive in moist, well-drained soil, such as clay or loam. Plant in partial shade, making sure to keep the soil moist even throughout the coldest months. This low maintenance plant with a clump forming habit is a brilliant choice for live screens, unique hedging or an attractive container specimen.
