Description
The Ficus Brown Turkey will produce fully edible Fig fruit in the Autumn months of August – September. The colour of the fruit being brown on the outside with a red, fleshy inside. These fruits will join in with the gorgeous green foliage of the Common Fig, making a great contrast for any garden display or mass planting project. The Ficus Brown Turkey is also bushy in its habit, allowing the structure of the plant to add a great look to wherever it is placed. The care process for this shrub is something that will take more focus in the stage whre the plant is beginning to settle into its new surroundings. Water it frequently during this time and then, when it does settles in, reduce this to a more manageable level for you. However, hotter weather should always see you watering this Ficus more frequently.
