Fuchsia Hardy Happy Birthday is a semi-evergreen shrub with a striking flower formation. The flowers of the shrub come along in shoots and flower early in the year – from May to October. Fuchsia should be planted in moist, well-drained soil and kept in full sun at the best of times.
