Gardenia Sweetheart

Description

Gardenia Jasminoides, or Cape Jasmine, are known for their glossy evergreen foliage and heavily fragranced blooms. Gardenia Sweetheart is a hardy, compact shrub that produces larger flowers than its type species. In both Spring and Autumn, this plant produces beautiful, large white flowersthat give off a strong, sweet fragrance.

Plant in a moist, well-drained, slightly acidic soil and position in a spot with at least few hours of direct sunlight each day. Prune once finished flowering. This plant is well suited to landscape or in a container on a patio.
