Description
Our Ribes uva-crispa Xenia is a multi-stemmed, deciduous shrub. The plants foliage bears a green colour in Summer, before taking on a yellow hue in Autumn. Clusters of small, yellow-green flowers bloom in Spring, contrasting perfectly against the leaves. Tasty, edible Gooseberries then grow in Summer, showing off an eye-catching, deep red colour and providing a sweet and rich flavour to your diet.
They will grow to an ultimate height and spread of 1.5m. In terms of plant care, it should be placed in bright, indirect sunlight and planted in moist, well-drained soil. Watering becomes essential when the soil is dry to touch.
