Description
A perfect collection for late winter to early spring blooms. White, spotted, pink, green, purple and black all feature in this Hellebore collection, emerging from February to April. Leathery leaves are evergreen, remaining impressive through the year, acting as a base for double flowerheads.
Easy to grow, establishing into clumps over time, even thriving in pots or shady spots to fill otherwise tricky-to-fill spaces. Beautiful blooms, each roughly 3-5cm in diameter, are hardy, tough, and can withstand harsh winter wind, rain, and cold.
Supplied as a set of six established plants in 9cm pots, ready to plant out. Including one each of the below varieties:
Hellebore ‘Double Ellen White Spotted’ – Double white flowers with lilac speckles. Hellebore ‘Double Ellen Pink’ – Pale pink double flowers coated in burgundy freckles. Hellebore ‘Double Waterlily’ – Star-shaped, waterlily-like flowers with creamy-white petals delicately speckled in pink. Hellebore ‘Double Ellen Purple’ – Lightly speckled, deep purple flowers with yellow stamens. Hellebore ‘Double Ellen White’ – Immaculate, pure white double flowers with pale green-yellow centres. Hellebore ‘Double Ellen Black’ – Striking, exotic, and one of the darkest Hellebore youll grow, with near-black petals.
