Description
Johnsons Cress Curled Seeds, Spicy flavoured, quick and easy to grow, indoor salad crop. Sow cress 3-4 days before mustard if the two are required together.
For indoor sowingWhen All year On moist compost, blotting or tissue Sow thinly, do not cover with compost. Cover container with paper and keep moist. For continuous crops sow every 2-3 Remove cover when seedlings germinate. Keep warm and moist. Sowing to harvest takes approx. 14 All year round. Cut with scissors when approx. 5cm high. Cress seed may also be sown outdoors in summer, for larger, hotter leaves to develop.
Very quick to grow, producing crops of narrow white stemmed, green leaved shoots with pungent peppery flavour. Matures within 2-3 weeks of sowing.
